Real Estate Appraisal
The Real Estate Appraisal certificate program meets the N. C. Appraisal Board pre-licensing education requirements. Upon completion of the required courses, you may take the state exam to become a Registered Trainee. This allows you to begin working in appraisal and begin accumulating the required experience points. Completion of the experience requirements and the additional courses qualifies you to take the Residential Certification exam. Completion of even more courses and meeting experience requirements qualifies you to take the exam to become a Certified General Appraiser.
