AIR Donates Scholarship Funds to Foundation

The Asheville Independent Restaurant Association (AIR) donated $5,000 toward its Chefs of Tomorrow scholarships available through the A-B Tech Foundation for Culinary Arts students. AIR was formed in 2002 as a volunteer-based, non-profit organization dedicated to fostering a stronger business environment for Asheville's locally-owned and operated restaurants.
