The BOC program helps reduce building utility bills and increase the satisfaction level of occupants.

• Designed for Building Maintenance Technicians
• Helps them tune up the Building Systems (HVAC, electrical, lighting, etc.) for energy efficiency
• National average annual savings of $20,000 from course project.
• Potential 15:1 return on investment, based on course tuition
• Reduces the number of complaints from building occupants
• Conveniently scheduled for one day a month for seven months
