General Admission
- Students must certify on their college application that they are a high school graduate from an accredited institution, an adult high school graduate from an accredited institution, have a valid GED or are 18 years of age or older. High school graduation or the equivalent from an accredited, valid institution is required for Financial Aid purposes.

New Student Orientation
In order to make your A-B Tech student experience as meaningful as possible, all new curriculum students are required to attend a New Student Orientation session. The two-hour, lab based orientation must be completed in order to be eligible to register for fall semester classes. The program will include all the necessary tools and resources to help you navigate smoothly through your student career at A-B Tech! You can schedule your on-campus orientation session on-line at http://newstudents.abtech.edu/orientation/.
New students are defined as any first time A-B Tech curriculum student (new record in Datatel) OR any student who attended A-B Tech only as part of their High School experience.
