Intramural sports are offered each fall and spring term, and are open to faculty, staff, and students, from beginners to advanced athletes.  Held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, participants can choose to take part in either the 11:00 a.m. or 12 noon sessions.  Each session is one hour or less.  The only requirements to participate are proper athletic wear and shoes, and volleyball participants need to have some prior experience in the sport, such as varsity, club, league, or previous intramural experience.  For more information, contact Carol Stanford at 828.254.9121 ext. 377, cstanford@abtech.edu, or stop by 106 Coman Gymnasium with any questions.
