2011-2012 Financial Aid Calendar

 Fall Semester 2011

August 9 - Students with the last names starting with A-L may begin charging in the college bookstore. Students must have their class schedule with them in order to make purchases in the college bookstore.

August 10 - Students with the last names starting with M-Z may begin charging in the college bookstore. Students must have their class schedule with them in order to make purchases in the college bookstore.

August 26 - Last day for Financial Aid Recipients to charge books and supplies at the college bookstore in the K Ray Bailey Building. No returns will be allowed in the college bookstore without the original receipt.

August 26 - Last day to drop for a partial refund.

September 9 - Financial Aid refund and loan checks will be mailed to the address recorded in Web Advisor  Make sure your address is updated with A-B Tech so that there will not be any delays.

October 31 - Registration begins for Spring 2012 semester.

November 14 - Last day to withdraw from a full 16-Week Class 

Spring Semester 2012

May 25 - Last day to drop for a partial refund. (Full Semester Class)

June 30 - Last day to apply for Summer Term financial assistance.
