Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

The Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Program will equip Green Belt Candidates with the tools required to support Six Sigma process improvement projects in their companies and ensure technical competence in the key Six Sigma disciplines.  Green Belt Candidates will need to pass a series of competency assessments. Upon completion, students can use the five stages of the DMAIC model, work in a team environment, and use the fundamental Lean Six Sigma tools.  Cost:  $995

Certification Requirements:

• Completion of at least 80 percent of the in-class course work.

• Successful completion of all of the Competency Assessments (in-class exams).

• Completion of a Green Belt Project

(Note: The project requirement only applies to those participants whose sponsoring company requires a project and whose Quality Manager/Black Belt will validate the successful completion of the project).
