Instructor Forms

The forms instructors will need to use can be accessed as a MS Word form or as an Adobe print only document.

Continuing Education Computer Use Permit

Give the completed form to the student to bring to the Computer Lab in the lower level of Holly Library.

Testing Transmittal Form

Attach the completed form to a test and send through campus mail or hand deliver to the Testing Lab, c/o Zaneta Summers. Do not give to the student to deliver. For more detailed instructions on the operation of the Testing Lab please read: Testing Lab Procedures.

Tutoring Referral Form

You may give the completed form to the student to bring to the tutoring lab in Ferguson114 (English) or Ferguson 118 (math), or you may open the MS Word form, type in the needed information, save, and send via e-mail as an attachment from the instructor's A-B Tech e-mail address*. The e-mail address for the Academic Learning Center is LearningCenter@abtech.edu

*A-B Tech's Electronic Signature Policy states: Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College recognizes faculty and staff electronic signatures as their official A-B Tech email address. Student electronic signatures are designated as their assigned Colleague numbers.

Open Computer Lab Reservations

Reservations for using Ferguson 116 may be made by using r25 or by calling Phyllis Boone, ext. 303. You may check availability by going to http://r25.abtech.edu. Then click locations followed by clicking Learning Center and selecting a date.
